FREE Wedding Timeline

Creating a wedding timeline is not only great for organization on that amazing day, but for all of your vendors to be in the loop as well. This helps me stay on schedule as your Photographer, making sure we can get the images you want and keep you on track at the same time. Think of it as an extra step to make your wedding day flow smoothly! I recommend creating your timeline as early as you can in the wedding planning process.

Below is a FREE wedding timeline of a 6 hour wedding in the middle of September in Ohio. I include what month and location it is based off of for time and lighting purposes. Keep in mind that the winter months have significantly earlier sunset times. Google your sunset time for your wedding date to ensure accurate timing. Use this timeline to get an idea of how much time is recommended for each category of photos on your wedding day- to ensure full amount of images in your gallery and creativity! Keep in mind that every wedding is different and unique- some ceremonies are 10 minutes, while others can be 45 minutes or more. The average amount of time is about 20 minutes. Some brides would like more reception images and may opt out of a first look. Other brides may want to only take portraits before the ceremony. Use this as a general guideline and customize it to your own wedding!

When you book with me, we'll chat about what photos are most important to you and will be asking a lot of in depth questions to ensure I give you the perfect photos of this incredibly special day. I'm so honored that you chose me to be such an important part of that day, and I take every detail into account! For booking and to inquire about your wedding date, contact me here.
